Yes, in China the marriage of a contemplative cultural with a Christian theology bent toward examination yields a fertile earth for the growth of Reformed doctrines.  see Andrew Brown’s blog

They must be serious about this – they have translated Augustine’s Confessions and City of God directly from the Latin into Chinese.
